What are my data privacy rights?

You have a right to request a written copy of your personal information The Information Collective holds.  We may, under applicable data privacy laws, charge a small administrative fee for this.   You also have the right to have any inaccurate information about you corrected. You have the right to restriction of processing, to object to processing and to have your personal information transferred to a third party of your choice (data portability). You also have the right to request that we stop using your details for marketing activities and other promotional activities. You may have further rights regarding the processing of your personal information under applicable law. 

All requests should be made to dpo@theinformationcollective.com. We will respond to any legitimate requests within one month. If your request is unfounded, repetitive or excessive or if we are not in a position to identify you, we are entitled to refuse to act on your request.
