How do we manage international transfers of personal information? 

As a global consultancy, we work with partners and suppliers across the world. We may need to transfer your personal information to our technology service providers outside of the European Economic Area (EEA).  These providers support us in delivering our products and services to you.  We have carefully selected these providers based on their reputation for delivering high-quality services and maintaining high levels of data privacy and security.   

No matter where our suppliers and other third parties are based, we make sure that they agree to our data transfer terms and conditions.  These are based on standard contractual clauses approved by the European authorities or other approved transfer frameworks such as the US Privacy Shield and Binding Corporate Rules.  In all cases, we seek assurance that any personal information that is transferred outside the EEA will be treated securely and in accordance with this Data Privacy Statement. In all cases, our providers must offer the same level of protection required by data privacy law.
