How long do we keep your personal information?

We keep personal information for no longer than is necessary to provide our services.  We keep most personal information for the duration of our relationship with you as a web browser subscriber, or client.  We keep personal information for an additional six years after that to comply with the law and if we face a legal challenge.  In some cases, we may retain personal information for longer if the law requires us to do so.

When deciding how long to keep personal information, we consider the reasons why we hold it, its sensitivity, how long the law requires us to keep it, and the risks associated with retaining it.
